Chicken Kali Mirch, or Black Pepper Chicken, is a creamy North Indian-style curry known for its bold black pepper flavour and rich, silky gravy. Tender boneless chicken is cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, yogurt, cream, and aromatic spices, with freshly crushed black pepper providing the signature warmth. The curry is mildly spicy but distinctly peppery, making it a comforting choice for lunch or dinner. Serve it hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
