Chicken Malai Tikka features tender boneless chicken chunks marinated in a rich mixture of thick yogurt, fresh cream, cheese, ginger-garlic, and aromatic spices, delivering a melt-in-the-mouth, mildly spiced taste without the heat of red chili powder. The marinade gives the chicken a signature creamy texture and subtle flavour profile, perfect for serving as a party starter or as part of a North Indian meal. Choose to grill, bake, or air-fry for a slightly charred exterior while keeping the chicken juicy and succulent. Make-ahead tip: marinate overnight in the refrigerator for even better tenderness and flavor. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
